Interview Days:

Hiring Event November 1st (Wed) 4 PM - 7 PM - walk-ins welcome!
Mondays between 3 PM - 5 PM
Wednesdays between 1 PM - 3 PM

Compensation:
Compensation ranges based on experience with potential bonus/overtime pay!

Zone Leader: $20 - $30/hr
Heavy Equipment Operator (Loaders, Skid Steers): $17 - $30/hr
Plow & Salt Truck Driver: $17 - $30/hr
Plow Truck Driver: $17 - $25/hr
Sidewalk Crew Lead: $20- $25/hr
Sidewalk Crew Laborer: $15 -$20/hr

Work Hours:
Fully weather/snow dependent. On-call for the winter season. W2 / Part-Time. Opportunities to stay year-round and become full-time!

Location:
Jobsite specific at customer locations throughout Southeast Michigan (Office in Plainwell, MI)

Snow Removal Operators / Laborer / Driver Responsibilities:

• Heavy Equipment Operators / Plow & Salt Drivers will operate snow removal equipment, including plows, salt spreaders, snow blowers, and other machinery as related to their job
• Sidewalk Crew Lead and Crew Members will clear snow and ice from designated areas, such as walkways, driveways, parking lots, and entrances
• Follow established routes and schedules for snow removal at various properties
• Ensure the safe operation of equipment and compliance with safety protocols
• Provide exceptional service to meet client and company expectations

Snow Removal Operators / Laborer / Driver Requirements:

• No experience required - all are welcome to apply!
• Understands this job is seasonal, on-call work (must be ready to work when a snow storm hits)
• Previous experience with snow removal a plus (get higher pay rate)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driver positions
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift, shovel, and maneuver heavy snow and/or safely operate equipment
